As a growing business, we offer the opportunity to make a real impact and be part of something from the ground up. We are looking for a talented Junior / Middleweight Designer to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Junior / Middleweight Designer to execute design projects across various digital mediums. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. This role will involve asset creation for social media, basic video editing, website design, and brand development—requiring someone with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging visual content across digital platforms.
• Design websites with a focus on UX/UI best practices.
• Edit and produce basic video content for various channels.
• Develop brand identities, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Work closely with the team to help bring internal creative ideas to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• SEO Audits and Presentation Decks
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a design role (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Knowledge and interest in website design and development (WordPress, Figma Webflow, or similar platforms)
• A team player, ready to ‘muck in’ and help drive the agency forward.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience in video editing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work independently.
• Ability to bring our projects to life, including creating case studies for social media, online platforms, and presentation decks.
• Experience creating additional assets for social media.
Nice To Have... But By No Means Essential 
• Experience in branding and identity design.
• Knowledge of 3D design.
• Experience with SEO and website audits.
